Happy Holidays

20th July 2018
As usual, the 2017-2018 academic year has been an extremely busy and productive one for our school and therefore it is no surprise that pupils and school staff are eagerly awaiting a well-deserved break.
We very thankful for everyone who had supported and contributed to the betterment of the school this year, including staff, families generous donors, government agencies, businesses and the wider community.

Our fantastic staff, children, parents, Friends of Shanklea and the wider school community have all contributed to make all our achievements this year possible . We couldn’t have done it without your commitment, perseverance, and hard work.

I would like to take this opportunity to wish all pupils and staff a safe and happy summer holiday. After months of hard work, now is the time to rest and enjoy the holidays.

The freedom from school provides opportunities for our young people to participate in sport and drama, spend time with families and friends, visit other parts of the world and to enjoy many new experiences.

I hope all our young people and school staff have an enjoyable summer break enabling all those who are returning to school in September do so well rested, refreshed and ready for the 2018-2019 academic year.

School's out! But please remember school re-opens on Tuesday 4th September 2018.
